Major Committees
The NSPC operates with key committees and boards to manage its operations effectively.
Management Committee
This is made up of Directors/HODs with the Permanent Secretary as the Chairman. This manages the day–to–day activities of the Commission. It meets weekly and in emergencies.
Junior Staff Promotion and Disciplinary Committee
This is chaired by the Director of Administration and has a staff of the State Civil Service Commission (CSC) as a co-opted member. It meets twice a year, for the promotion of staff that are effective in January and July.
Senior Staff Promotion and Disciplinary Committee
This is chaired by the Permanent Secretary with a staff of the State Civil Service Commission (CSC) as a co-opted member. It meets twice a year, for January and July promotions.
